What is it?

In this practice, the body is used to cultivate values ​​such as strength, flexibility, balance, focus, control, and harmony. These values ​​are developed through conscious self-observation. In this way, one gains knowledge about oneself and the different dimensions of Being (physical, mental, and emotional). During Hatha Yoga practice and the meditations that complement it, a profound work of attention is undertaken: observing attention itself, its movements, and the difficulty we encounter in controlling and sustaining it.

This is how we work on our approach to making the subconscious conscious, which ranges from personal narratives to erroneous collective beliefs. In this way, Yoga claims to be the best strategy for achieving the expansion of Consciousness. It is also what Jung called the process of individuation and working with the shadow in a voluntary and measured way in order to reach the genuine state of Being. The teachings we share are based on Jung and many other authors and traditions, as well as on the most recent discoveries in Neuroscience and the body.
